Where it runs
Native cloud, not a server in a cupboard
Fully on AWS
Micro and nano services
One app, every device
The AWS region jobmate runs in is not something the company has published, so this page does not name one. Ask support@jobmate.cloud for the current hosting statement before relying on a location.
Access
Who sees what is decided by you
jobmate offers multiple user access levels to data and features, so the office, the van, a subcontractor and a customer each see what their role needs:
- 01Owner and administrators
- 02Office and planners
- 03Engineers and drivers
- 04Subcontractors
- 05Customers (the portal)
The names above are one way of setting the levels up; the levels themselves are configured for your business. A customer in the portal sees their own quotes, jobs and invoices, not yours.

Certifications
Only what is held
This page lists a certification only once it is held and the certificate is in the repository. None is listed today; that line changes the day one is.
Jobmate Ltd is a Sage Technology Partner and an AWS Partner. Ask support@jobmate.cloud for the current position, and for a security questionnaire to be completed.
