Accessibility statementAccessibility statement

1. Who this statement covers

This accessibility statement applies to the jobmate marketing website at jobmate.cloud, run by Jobmate Ltd. It does not cover the jobmate app at app.jobmate.cloud.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Today:

• every page has a single main heading, page regions marked up for assistive technology, and its language set to English;
• pages do not scroll sideways on a 375-pixel-wide phone screen, and the layout does not jump around as it loads;
• smooth scrolling, the page-change animation and most other animation switch off if you have asked your device to reduce motion;
• the background video in the page heroes is silent, has a pause button, and does not start if you have asked for reduced motion or less data;
• the brand yellow is never used as text on white; text on yellow is always the dark ink, at 12:1.

AbilityNet (opens in new tab) has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

2. How accessible this website is

This website fully conforms with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard.

3. Known issues

We know of no part of this website that fails WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find one, please tell us using the contact details below and we will fix it.

We also go beyond the AA standard in places: links that open a new tab say so before you follow them, buttons made of icons are at least 44 pixels across, and product screenshots carry a plain description of what is on the screen.

4. What we are doing to keep it accessible

Every change to the site is checked automatically before it is released, and anything that fails WCAG 2.2 AA is added to section 3 until it is fixed. We test the site again before changing the conformance status.

5. Feedback and contact information

If you find a barrier on this website, or you need something on it in a different format such as large print, easy read or audio, contact us:

• email support@jobmate.cloud
• call 0333 8000 883, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time on weekdays, excluding public holidays

We will consider your request and get back to you within 5 working days. Tell us the page address and the problem you found, and which assistive technology you use if any.

6. Enforcement procedure

Jobmate Ltd is a private company, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’) do not apply to this website. We follow the UK government’s model accessibility statement anyway, so that you can judge the site in the same way.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) (opens in new tab) is responsible for enforcing the accessibility regulations, and the Equality Act 2010 in England, Scotland and Wales. If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) (opens in new tab). If you are in Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (opens in new tab).

7. How we tested this website

This website was last tested on 9 October 2026 against WCAG 2.2 at level AA. We tested all 30 pages at phone (375 pixels) and desktop (1440 pixels) widths, using automated checks (axe-core and Lighthouse), a pixel-level contrast check of text over images and gradients, scripted keyboard tests and a review of the site’s code. We have not yet tested the site with a screen reader by hand.

This statement was prepared on 9 October 2026. It was last reviewed on 9 October 2026.
